Write for Us

Want to write for us? ReadLearn accepts guest posts from bloggers, marketers, freelancers, and industry practitioners who can share practical, well-researched advice with our readers.

ReadLearn is an independent blog covering blogging, SEO, AI tools, software, online income, and study techniques. If you have real, first-hand experience in any of these areas and can explain it clearly, we'd like to publish your guest post. Read the guidelines below, then send us your pitch.

Why Write for ReadLearn

Guest blogging works best when both sides benefit. Contributors get a quality home for their expertise, and our readers get useful articles from people who have actually done the work. Here is what you can expect when you write for us:

Reach the Right Readers

Our audience is made up of bloggers, freelancers, online business owners, and students actively looking for practical guidance.

Author Byline & Bio

Every guest author gets a named byline and a short author bio with a link to their website or professional profile.

Real Editorial Support

Articles are reviewed by an editor, formatted for readability, and improved with you, not simply published as-is.

Content That Stays Current

We keep published articles updated and accurate, so your guest post continues to be found and read over time.

Who Can Become a Contributor

You don't need a large following or a famous name to become a contributor. What matters is that you know your subject and can write about it honestly and clearly. We regularly welcome guest authors such as:

  • Freelancers, affiliate marketers, and online business owners who can share real methods and lessons.
  • Developers, founders, and power users who test and compare AI tools and software.
  • Teachers, students, and researchers with proven study techniques and productivity methods.

Topics We Don't Accept

To keep ReadLearn trustworthy, we do not publish guest posts on the following:

  • Gambling, betting, casino, adult, weapons, or other restricted and illegal topics.
  • Get-rich-quick schemes, guaranteed-income claims, or misleading financial promises.
  • Pirated software, cracked tools, or anything that encourages breaking a platform's rules.
  • Thin, off-topic, or purely promotional articles written only to place a link.
  • Content that is plagiarized, spun, previously published elsewhere, or copied from AI output without human review.

Guest Post Guidelines

Please follow these guest post guidelines before you submit. Articles that meet them are far more likely to be accepted and published quickly.

  • Original and exclusive: your article must be 100% your own work, never published elsewhere, and not submitted to other sites at the same time.
  • Length: aim for 1,200 to 2,500 words, depending on the topic. Depth matters more than word count.
  • Useful and specific: answer a real question, include practical steps, examples, and where possible your own screenshots, data, or case studies.
  • Accurate and sourced: back up claims and statistics with credible sources, and link to them. Don't overstate results or promise income or rankings.
  • Clear structure: use a strong introduction, descriptive H2 and H3 headings, short paragraphs, and lists or tables where they help.
  • Human voice: write in clear, plain English. AI tools may assist with research or editing, but the final article must reflect your own experience and be fully reviewed by you.
  • Images: only include images you created or have the right to use, and tell us where they came from. We may add or replace images to match the site.
  • Disclosures: if you are affiliated with a product or tool you mention, or you have an affiliate link, you must tell us so it can be disclosed properly.

Link & Author Bio Policy

Links should be helpful to the reader, not just useful to the author. To keep guest posts natural and trustworthy:

  • You may include one or two relevant links to your own website or resources inside the article, where they genuinely add value.
  • Your author bio, written in about 50 to 80 words, may include a link to your website plus one professional or social profile.
  • Other links should point to reputable, relevant sources, not to unrelated or low-quality websites.
  • We decide which link attributes apply (such as nofollow or sponsored) in line with search engine guidelines, and we may remove or change any link that isn't relevant or that looks manipulative.
Guest posts vs. sponsored posts

A guest post is an editorial article that we accept on merit. Guest posts are free to submit and we do not charge a fee to publish them. Sponsored posts and paid promotions are handled separately, are always labeled as sponsored, and follow the rules in our Disclaimer. If you are interested in sponsorship instead, mention it in your message.

How to Submit a Guest Post

Ready to submit a guest post? The process is simple:

  1. Read the guidelines. Make sure your topic and writing style match this page.
  2. Send your pitch. Email contribute@readlearn.blog with the subject line Guest Post Pitch: [Your Topic] and include the details listed below.
  3. Wait for our reply. We aim to respond to every pitch within 5 to 7 business days. If your idea is a fit, we'll confirm the topic and the target keyword.
  4. Write and send your draft. Share the finished article as a Google Doc or Word file, with your bio and image credits included.
  5. Editorial review. We check the draft for quality, accuracy, and originality, and may ask for revisions.
  6. Publication. Once approved, we publish the article with your byline and send you the live link.

What to Include in Your Pitch

A strong pitch saves time for both of us. Please include:

  • Your name, website (if any), and a one or two line introduction about your experience.
  • Two or three article ideas, each with a working headline and a short summary of what readers will learn.
  • Why you are qualified to write on the topic, for example results, experience, or case studies.
  • Links to two or three published writing samples, ideally on similar topics.
  • Your proposed author bio and the link you would like included.

Generic, copy-and-paste outreach emails that don't mention ReadLearn or our topics are usually not answered, so please tailor your message.

Editorial Review Process

Every submission is reviewed by our editor before it goes live. We check for originality, factual accuracy, usefulness to the reader, and fit with our audience. We may edit your article for clarity, grammar, formatting, and SEO, adjust the headline or meta description, add internal links, and include disclosures where needed. Larger changes are discussed with you first. We reserve the right to decline any submission, or to remove a published article later if it becomes inaccurate, outdated, or breaks our guidelines.

Rights, Ownership & Exclusivity

You keep ownership of your work. By submitting a guest post, you confirm that it is original and that you have the right to publish it, and you give ReadLearn permission to publish, edit, update, and promote it on the site and our social channels. Guest posts must remain exclusive to ReadLearn and should not be republished elsewhere, in whole or in large part, without our written consent. For the full legal wording, see the guest post section of our Terms & Conditions.

After Your Guest Post Goes Live

Publishing is only the start. We'll share your article through our channels, and we encourage guest authors to share it with their own audience too. Please reply to reader comments on your article where you can, and let us know if any details in it change so we can update it. Contributors who consistently deliver high-quality work may be invited to write regularly for ReadLearn.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does ReadLearn accept guest posts?

Yes. We accept guest posts on blogging, SEO, AI tools, software, online income, study techniques, and related digital topics, as long as they are original, useful, and follow our guidelines.

Do you charge a fee for guest posting?

No. We don't charge to publish editorial guest posts, and we don't pay for them either. Sponsored posts are a separate arrangement and are always labeled.

Can I include a link to my website?

Yes. You can include one or two relevant links in the article and a link in your author bio. We decide the link attributes and may remove any link that isn't relevant to the reader.

How long should a guest post be?

Most guest posts run between 1,200 and 2,500 words. We care more about depth, clarity, and usefulness than hitting an exact number.

Do you accept AI-generated articles?

No. Articles that are copied straight from an AI tool without real human experience, editing, and fact-checking will be declined. AI can support your research or editing, but the article must be your own work.

How long does it take to hear back?

We aim to reply to pitches within 5 to 7 business days. If you haven't heard from us after that, feel free to send one polite follow-up.

Can I republish my guest post on my own website or elsewhere?

Not without our written permission. Guest posts must stay exclusive to ReadLearn so that readers and search engines find one original version.

Can I become a regular contributor?

Yes. Authors who publish strong guest posts and follow the contributor guidelines may be invited to write for us on an ongoing basis.

Can I suggest a topic instead of writing the article?

Yes. Topic suggestions, corrections, and feedback are always welcome through our Contact page.
